I'm guessing I've not gotten to the email that outlines when & how we can manipulate the holds. Was it from Jimmy, Barbara, lists.sis? I'm totally lost. Are they sure they want to give all advisors these permissions?

Assigned Advisor link in ASAP

Some of you are getting questions from students and parents about how to find the students' assigned advisors. OIT is working on a link in ASAP that will allow students to see information about their assigned advisor. We're testing it in PreProd, but as of this afternoon there are still some problems with it. Hopefully OIT will be able to resolve the remaining problems quickly and then roll the link to the production version of ASAP.

We have had many reports about data issues in Global. I wanted to let you know that we hope some of these issues will be resolved by a fix currently being worked on jointly by Catapult (our consultant) and our OIT department concerning the timing of updates. We plan to do some testing next week, so we'll let everyone know what we find out.
