If you have a student who brings official or unofficial TSI scores, please DO NOT send the student to Testing Services to have their record updated. Please go ahead and register the student or send them to the computer lab to register for classes after making a note of the scores in SPACMNT.

Subject: Important Waitlist Information to Help Assist Students
Hi everyone!
Two things:
First, we understand the waitlisting process can be confusing at the end of a registration period. We have created a day by day guide that can be used by your staff to assist students that have a waitlist question.
Second, with the extension of waitlisting until the 5th class day, ADD forms should be denied if the course has an active waitlist. The attached guide notes guidelines for the ADD forms.
Please distribute the attached guide to anyone that might encounter a waitlist question or works with ADD forms. Hopefully, this will help out! And as always, we are here to help out too!

Angie's Farewell Party Reminder

As you know, Angie's last day with UTSA is fast approaching. With that in mind, we are having a farewell gathering in the UHPO today, Thursday, July 30th from 3 p.m.- 5 p.m. We will have cake and drinks for those who wish to celebrate Angie's exciting new job opportunity! The History department is asking us to promote the following HIS and AMS courses due to low enrollment. Most of these courses have few, if any, prerequisites, so they could be used for students looking for upper-division electives. HIS 2003 is required for anyone pursuing a History minor.

Good morning. Since almost all of the AIS linked (WRC 1013 or 1023) are full, Dr. Wyatt has agreed to let students register for a standalone WRC 1013 or 1023 for fall. They will need to take AIS in the spring.
