We can change the world inside our own houses. Take the gift of this moment and make something beautiful of it. Few worthwhile experiences just happen; memories are made on purpose.-Gloria Gaither

Hello Everyone,
The last week of July has started. I hope your weekly planner shows some time for self-care.
Join me in below back exercise to relax your lower back and take a breather:
Sit straight in your chair, relax your shoulders away from your ears. We will make circles with our tummy.
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale - move your tummy back and left
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale - move your tummy back and left
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale - move your tummy back and left
Now reverse
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale - mover your tummy back and right
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale - mover your tummy back and right
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale - mover your tummy back and right
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end
Enjoy your week and stay healthy - Sylvia

Good morning,
The Registrar’s Office has a new Contract to Graduate and 30/45 Hour Petition form and process. The new C2G and 30/45 form is now live on the Registrar Forms page under the Miscellaneous submenu: https://onestop.utsa.edu/forms/registrar/<https://nam03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fonestop...>.
This is a fillable PDF and should be completed via email. Please note the new process is as follows:
1. Student completes the form, indicating C2G or 30/45 Petition.
2. Student submits the form to Advisor who signs and attaches the semester-by-semester plan and returns it to the student.
3. Student submits the form to our new website with supporting documentation as necessary: c2g(a)utsa.edu<mailto:c2g@utsa.edu> (this will create a Salesforce ticket)
4. Registrar’s Office will verify need for C2G or supporting documentation for 30/45 Petition.
5. Student will be notified from Registrar’s Office if additional information is needed as well as approval or denial of the request.
6. If students have questions, OSEC should have access to review the case in Salesforce or email the c2g(a)utsa.edu<mailto:c2g@utsa.edu> account.
If the student happens to email to OSEC, you can send it to the c2g Salesforce queue. Please let us know if you have any questions!
Will also be sending this message out on the listserv.
Thank you,
Angie

It is a very quick placement test that helps students determine if the class is the right fit for them. At the end of the placement test, students will be asked for their name and banner ID. The department will then enroll the student in their desired section.
