[Advising] prereq drop script

We are planning to run the prereq drop script in audit mode on Aug 15, and we'll run it in update mode (actually dropping students) on Aug 21. Students who don't meet prereqs for their Fall classes will be dropped unless they have a Q1 override set in SFASRPO. Jimmy James R.
