[Advising] Last 24/30 Residency Policy

Hello All, We received approval to remove the "Last 24/30 Residency" policy from the 2024-2026 catalog, so you will no longer see the below item in the Degree block in Degree Works. We are still waiting for authorization to potentially waive this policy for past catalogs as well.
