[Advising] prereq drop script

We are planning to run the prereq drop script in audit mode on Monday, May 20. Advisors will receive a list of students who are scheduled to be dropped because they didn't pass classes they need for Summer 2019 classes they're registered for. That will give advisors a chance to reach out to students and have them drop classes, if necessary, and look for other appropriate classes. Then we will run the drop script in update mode, actually dropping students, on Friday, May 24. We will also send a list of students who were dropped to advisors after the list runs.
