Just to clarify, you should only update the attributes by hand if the student is a
graduating senior whose attributes did not roll forward (only certain student veterans
will be affected). Also, if you do update the attributes by hand, please send me the
student’s name, Banner ID, and list of the attributes that you added so that I can track
the number of students affected. Thanks!

Subject: [Advising] update on disappearing attributes
The person working on the problem of the attributes that didn’t roll forward from 201910
has let me know that he is working on the issue, but because of the large number of
different attributes, it is taking longer than he expected to complete the program. If you
are working on degree audits and are affected by this issue, you might consider adding the
appropriate attributes by hand to the 201920 semester of SGASADD. If you need instructions
on how to do this correctly, please ask someone in your advising center or send a note to
