[Advising] nomination for University Life Award.

To the UTSA Advising community, I just received news that Shunverie Barrientez, advisor in the Honor's college has been nominated for a 2016 University Life Award in the category of Outstanding Organization Advisor. Shun advises the Black Student Matters organization on campus. Her efforts go a long way in promoting diversity across campus. Receiving a University Life Award is one of the most prestigious honors that can be bestowed upon a member of the UTSA community. The University Life Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 7 at 6:00pm in the University Center Ballroom in the HEB University Center at the Main Campus. Please congratulate Shun!
