I just wanted to provide you some updates, answer some questions we have been getting and provide a helpful resource for form routing. UG Catalog 2018-20 It has been approved by Faculty Senate and the Registrar Office is doing the final pieces to get it published. In fall 2018, we will provide updates and timelines for the 2020-22 UG catalog. Bluebook Bluebook should be updated with the actual course syllabus being given to students by the 1st class day each semester. Dr. Zapata’s office sends out the reminders and reports for missing syllabi. Bluebook is what UTSA uses to meet regulations with HB 2504. Early Reinstatement Early reinstatement request after a first academic dismissal will be considered. However, after a second or subsequent dismissal, an early reinstatement request will not be allowable and the student must sit out the appropriate time as based on the current policy. Form Routing Attached you will find a pdf that you can use to know what the routing process is for common forms from the department to University College. Thank you for all you do for UTSA!
