Yes, I am. It is not consistent, because I am able to use it for the most part. But at
times I get an error message or it takes a long time to load and I have to cancel the
request to view the student’s record. When I try again, sometimes it works. Sometimes I
have to close Outlook, enable CRM, and reopen Outlook.
But I have overall network issues. Quite often I am using Excel and it takes a long time
to save or I get a “not responding” message. Sometimes I get a “not responding” from
Outlook or Word. Ever since I moved into this office, the connection seems to be slower
than it was in my other office just across the hall. Maybe it is my imagination. But it
seems like I have a corrupted connection—not as much network connection (recall the old
way when the band width was too full and the connection was slower to see my analogy).

Same with me. CRM tends to get stuck on the loading process. I have had to close Outlook,
enable CRM, and reopen on several occasions.
