[Advising] Plans tab in Degree Works

We think we have a fix for those of you who haven't been able to see the list of templates when you click on the Plans tab. First, make sure you're using Firefox, not Internet Explorer. Second, check the URL that you're using. This is the correct one: https://dworkswebprod.sis.utsa.edu. If you're using http://dworkswebprod.sis.utsa.edu, with http:// instead of https://, that's what we think is causing the error. If anyone tries to access the Plans tab using Firefox, and the https:// link, and still gets an error, please let me know. Jimmy James R.
