[Advising] DegreeWorks restart

DegreeWorks has been experiencing a lot of problems with the planner over the past couple of weeks. OIT has found a fix, which they plan to install this afternoon at 5:00. It will require a restart of the server, something that usually takes five minutes or less. Jimmy James R.
