Honors News:

of the Dead seminar course are setting up an ofrenda in the Honors Student Lounge (GSR
1.204). They also are creating the annual ITC Day of the Day exhibit

exhibits honor and memorialize loved ones who have passed. All UTSA community members are
invited to visit and bring their own pictures and mementos to contribute to the ofrenda.

chats to resume workshops, Honors students have access to a special collection of events.
Events are designed to build community and belonging, professional skills and networks,

Student Highlight: Mina Obradovic, Sophomore, major in Communication in the College of
Liberal and Fine Arts

* Is a NCAA student-athlete, tennis
* Working on Honors Experience presentations in Cultural Exploration as an
international student in America, and Engaged Living as an athlete
* Plans after college are to obtain a Master's degree, and possibly attend Law
School
* Plans to participate in the UTSA ILPA Summer Law Preparation Academy
* Wants to work towards getting a real estate license
* Loves the Honors College and how involved Honors students are at UTSA and in the
community
