Two things: First, we understand the waitlisting process can be confusing at the end of a registration period. We have created a day by day guide that can be used by your staff to assist students that have a waitlist question. Second, with the extension of waitlisting until the 5th class day, ADD forms should be denied if the course has an active waitlist. The attached guide notes guidelines for the ADD forms. Please distribute the attached guide to anyone that might encounter a waitlist question or works with ADD forms. Hopefully, this will help out! And as always, we are here to help out too! Thanks!
