I have heard from several advisors that they are having trouble accessing uploaded
documents in Global. If you are having this problem, and are using Outlook to access
Global, use the web version instead. Everyone who has had this problem, has been able to
access files through the web version. In case you need it, the link is
https://utsacloud.crm.dynamics.com. The first screen will ask you for your UTSA email
address, then you will log in using your myUTSA ID and passphrase.
We are working to figure out what the issue is with accessing the files in Outlook.
