[Advising] FW: Update to CRM/Global

Good morning all, There was a request on our behalf made to Microsoft to have the upgrade to CRM/Global done sooner than June 28th. The update should take place this evening between 6 pm and 6 am. As a reminder, please don't make changes to CRM during that time period, or it will not be saved. There were no major changes, however you will notice a few differences, which are listed below. Avoid adding anything to Global between 6:00 pm tonight through 6:00 am tomorrow, as no changes will be saved during this time due to the update. Quick Search and Advanced Find The quick search field will always be at the top of the window, regardless of where you are in CRM. This allows for easier searching for students. If your CRM window is minimized, only the magnifying glass icon will show. Change the window to full screen to get the search field back. Another change is that Advanced Find will be located next to the quick search. The name of the link will change from 'University of Texas at San Antonio' to 'Global'.
