Attached is a list of Core Courses by color coded by availability. * No color or white = 10+ seats * Yellow highlight = 6-10 seats * Red highlight = 5 or less seats Beginning tomorrow, this report will be sent to all Academic Advising twice a day, 8:30a.m. and 1:00p.m. in order to assist with Advising Appointments and lab registration. There are two tabs with the course enrollment data for all Core Courses at UTSA. Each workbook contains the Course (Subject, Number and Section), CRN, Campus location, Instruction Type as well as key information such as actual enrollment, maximum enrollment and seats available. The rows are color coded to indicate how many seats are available for students to register in. No shading indicates that there are more than 10 seats available, Yellow indicates there are between 6-10 and red indicates there are 5 or fewer seats available. NotBlockScheduledCourses – Contains the information for all Core Courses that are not part of a block schedule BlockScheduledCourses – Contains the information for all Core Courses that are part of a block schedule.
