Over the weekend OIT and their consultants upgraded DegreeWorks 4.1.4 to 4.1.6, and the
Advising tech group tested to make sure that it was functional. We have received reports
this morning that some advisors are experiencing problems accessing DegreeWorks. If you
are having problems, you will need to clear your cookies, cache, and history in your
browser and try again.
We identified a few minor problems over the weekend. These are the ones that most affect
Advising:
* Student catalog is not (usually) appearing in the DegreeWorks header
* Student holds are not appearing in the DW header
* The first three lines of the audit are not colored properly in the Plan version
of the audit (the local modification has not yet been applied)
OIT will work on these problems beginning this week, as well as some lingering problems
left over from DW 4.1.4. If you have problems with DegreeWorks, please send an email to

problem.
