Hope your day is going well. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we tested
the functionality of the Inspire updates that occurred on Friday, May 22, 2020. The
update did cause some things to change but Civitas was able to get it fixed for us over
the weekend.
You can now start scheduling appointments, using the Advising Notes, and the other
functions in Inspire.
Attached is information about what you will see in regards to the updates. Please make
sure to review the document. We are working on updating our protocol to include the
updates but for now continue to use as you have been using the platform.
Also, a huge thank you to: Sylvia Mansour, Lona George, Jenaia Alcantar, Sara Tate, and
Kara Wright for volunteering to help test on Friday and providing their insight. Your
assistance is greatly appreciated.
