The initial problem seems to be fixed, but if any of you still encounter any login

Subject: EAB Shibboleth Access Issue
Good Morning,
This morning we received internal alerts of intermittent access for members using
Shibboleth as their method of single sign on to our platform. Our engineers have resolved
the issue and Shibboleth access should be restored. We are receiving a few reports of
users still having difficulty. If you find this is the case, please direct them to clear
their browser cache and restart the application. Any users continuing to experience errors
should report this to our support team.
We will follow up once we know there are no remaining individual access issues and with
the root cause once we have this information available. We apologize for any inconvenience
this caused.
