After making an exception, when you go back to the Worksheet, you will have to hit Process
New for the exception to show up.
We've also received reports that certain changes in Banner are not being reflected in
DegreeWorks, even after hitting the Process New button. The two we've heard of so far
are adding an AIS attribute in SHATRNS and changing an advisor in SGAADVR. We're
looking in to it.
Also, the PDF button is not working. I'm guessing it has to do with the changes OIT
made but we'll look in to it too.

Subject: [Advising] DegreeWorks
DegreeWorks is currently up, however OIT changed some settings in order to get
registration moving along. One of those things is Dynamic Refresh. Normally when we open
a student's record in DegreeWorks, it pulls new data in from Banner such as
registration and change of major. At this time you need to hit the Process new button in
order to refresh the data.
This JUST started working a couple of minutes ago, so if it didn't work earlier, try
again.
