Hello, I wanted to let you know that I have accepted a position within the Registrar's Office to work with Class Scheduling and Degree Works. I will begin transitioning out of my role with the Graduation Help Desk on Monday, November 13th. I will dedicate approximately 25% of my time to support the transition of GHD activities through Friday, December 8th. Over the next few weeks, I'll be focusing on wrapping up open cases and work in progress, as well as establishing our transition plan. There will be a team of 2-3 staff covering the GHD inbox for an interim time, so please make sure to send any referrals or questions to GraduationHelpDesk@utsa.edu<mailto:GraduationHelpDesk@utsa.edu>. Please keep in mind that those covering the inbox will be working in a part-time capacity to seek to provide an extra layer of support for students. Establishing the Graduation Help Desk over the last 6 years has truly been a life-changing experience, and I cannot thank you all enough for the support and collaboration that has occurred.
