The people in OIT who work on DegreeWorks issues have asked me to remind everyone that all DegreeWorks issues that you encounter should be sent to the DegreeWorks@utsa.edu<mailto:DegreeWorks@utsa.edu> email, not to OITConnect directly. People in my office will look at the requests, deal with them ourselves if we can, consolidate them if necessary, and forward appropriate requests to OITConnect. This will keep OITConnect from being flooded with similar requests. The only exception is if the DegreeWorks server is completely down-in that case whoever notices it can send a note to OITConnect, but make sure to copy both DegreeWorks@utsa.edu<mailto:DegreeWorks@utsa.edu> and the advising list. Thanks! We are currently working with OITConnect to figure out why the wrong email addresses for some advisors are appearing in students' DegreeWorks audits. We had a similar problem a couple of years ago that was resolved, so we're working with OIT personnel to figure out why it's an issue again. Jimmy James R.
