Hey ladies,
Not sure if you guys are experiencing some of the same issues but Banner has been up and
down all morning. They are shutting it off at 2:00. They aren't guaranteeing it will
fix the problem.
Not sure what your lines are for advising and registration but it's really crazy over
here in the JPL because the payment deadline is tomorrow.

Hi everyone,
I just got off the phone with OIT. In order to troubleshoot why we are having
intermittent service issues, they will be bringing the system down. Here's the
timeline of what to expect:
1:30pm: call queue no longer accepts calls (please record a phone message for x6037 that
will replace your closed message. I will send you what I'm using).
Calls currently waiting to be answered will remain in queue.
Use this time to finish out remaining calls as Banner will still be up
2:00pm: Banner will go down (we will say it will be down until 3pm, but hopefully it will
be up earlier)
I will alert you when they are done so we can re-record message saying we are up. My hope
is this will help solve the issues. I will be blanketing Twitter and Facebook with
messages. I plan on also updating the out of office for our email accounts with the same
message. Please reach out with questions. Thank you!
