Subject: Updated Transcript Process and Notification
Good morning, everyone.
I wanted to update everyone that the new transcript process is now live! And things are
going well at this point.
These requests now are handled through Parchment/Credential Solutions and are done very
quickly and efficiently. Students will have access to up-to-date information and tracking
of their requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Parchment/Credential Solutions
web services show exactly when a student’s request was made, when it’s sent and when the
recipient receives and opens the transcript. All transcripts will be requested through
the Parchment/Credential Solutions services.
Upon our return to campus with in-person services, we will have an exception policy for
those students immediately needing a transcript, those who are allowed only one transcript
per financial affairs or those who need a notarized transcript. And of course, we will
still be able to provide copies to investigators through the One Stop. Please let me know
if you have any questions, but we think this will be a much needed service for students.
