Good Afternoon,
The Athletic Advising office uses EAB to schedule tutors and we also sometimes put
practice and lifting times in there so that we don't overlap appointments. Now that
all advisors are in EAB, any advisor with an athlete will get these scheduling emails.
While this will happen throughout the semester, this weekend and next week will have a
high volume of emails as we set tutors up for the first time this semester. It's a
tedious process that takes time, so you may get emails that mention appointments along
with emails that mention cancelations as we move things around to get them all in the
right place.
I know that some advisors have already called our office about events that have been
scheduled today and if there are other questions or concerns moving forward, please
don't hesitate to contact us. While the majority of these emails can be ignored, there
is not a way for us to turn off this notification system.
