Honors News:
Honors College is traveling to Costa Rica, Japan, and Spain/France this summer! Check out
our
website<https://honors.utsa.edu/programs/study-abroad.html> for information on
some cool study abroad programs we are offering.
· Costa Rica – students live and learn on a self-sustaining ranch in the middle of
the Costa Rican jungle! And, FTICs going who have not yet started at UTSA attend, as
well!
· Japan – students will travel to two cities, experience riding the bullet train,
and learn about Japanese culture by visiting universities, businesses, tea farms, temples,
and more.
· Spain/France - students will backpack the Camino de
Santiago<https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/669/> while learning about architecture,
history, arts, food, traditions, and other cultural identities of Spain, France, and
Europe.
Honors Opportunities for All Students:
Did you know that after priority registration, any student with a UTSA GPA of 3.3 or
higher can enroll in Honors courses? It’s just a simple matter of filling out this
form.<https://utsa.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eyVNEREGlU2ddRQ> We have some
exciting fall courses that still have seats! Check out the attached list of courses and
the course descriptions on our
website<https://honors.utsa.edu/academics/courses.html>. Please share these with any
students you think will be interested.
Highlighted Benefit for Honors College Members:
