Deb Benavides has accepted a promotion to AAIII with Life and Health Sciences Advising effective Nov 1st. Deb began here in AHUM after the restructure in 2014, contributing a wealth of experience and knowledge about UTSA advising and campus culture. Quickly connecting with her assigned faculty, she was able to give great feedback on the academic programs and relate extremely well with her students. We will miss her, but I'm glad to know she'll continue on with us in UTSA Advising and know that she will be an asset to LHS. It is an exciting opportunity! Due to the advising career ladder, her position will be adjusted to an Advisor I.
