Good afternoon everyone, We are continuing to process the start term for spring 2017 for student who are coded in SGASTDN for the Floating 30/45 and will continue until the last day of classes for the spring 2017 semester. Please do not have students submit contracts that will begin for summer 2017 until you see that their residency has changed in banner (SGASTDN) for the start term. Now that summer 2017 registration is on the way the "Students Exceeding 30 & 45 Hour Funding Rule" report is not a complete list to reflect registration for the next term. The report should show update residency for students who have gone over their allowed attempted hours when the current term hours are added to their academic history. The exceeding 30/45 report is not a complete list therefore, check SGASTDN for residency changes from 1 to M, a charge to CL 30 & changes from 1 to E, a charge to CL 45.
