Good afternoon Advising Community! I wanted to write all of you this afternoon to invite you to join the 2017 UTSA Academic Advising Conference Committee! Dainon will serve as our conference coordinator again this year and I will serve as Chair of the Conference Committee! We are excited to announce that the date and location have been set and we are ready to move into the planning phase! We will be at the Norris Conference Center again this year on Friday, October 6, 2017. Please respond directly to both Dainon (Dainon.Deviney@utsa.edu<mailto:Dainon.deviney@utsa.edu>) and myself (Shannon.Rios@utsa.edu<mailto:Shannon.Rios@utsa.edu>) at your earliest convenience of your interest in serving on the committee. Our first meeting will be in April and will consist mainly of forming sub-committees and getting charges out. The deadline for interested parties will be close of business, Wednesday, March 29, 2017.
