Lisa A is correct. We made the decision to end the hold rather than remove it, as it is best practice to maintain that history that the hold was placed on the record and that it was ended. When the hold is left on, it confuses everyone who looks at the record. When Banner was started, I went through this, as I worked in the Registrar's office at that time. Does this same someone time?
