Unfortunately in the interim they will both use the same transcript paper however each will have the signature of their respective Registrar which will differentiate between the two institutions. The UT Brownsville transcript will be signed by Sylvia Leal and the Texas Southmost transcript will have the signature of Alex Salinas. I'm told that they will continue to use the combined transcript paper until August of 2015. Students who attended both campuses, will need to request transcripts from each institution. Please share with those that need this information.
