Good Evening,
Please consider joining us in assisting the Class of 2024 and Class of 2025 as they
navigate campus to start in-person classes next week. As you can imagine, many of our
Roadrunners have not found their way around campus yet. There are two ways to help!
1. Ask your team to sign up to volunteer for shifts in the Sombrilla/Central Plaza area
Monday – Thursday. The link to sign up on RowdyLink is the email below. We ask that if you
are interested, to sign up before Friday, Sept 10 at noon so that we may confirm your
role. We will have maps, a tent, and a table ready for each day.
2. Be the champion for your building! Ask your team to watch for lost Roadrunners
inside buildings and stage staff outside of offices wherever appropriate to provide
assistance. Your team knows your building best.
We anticipate peak hours of 7:30 am – 1:00 pm for students trying to find their way. Thank
you so much for your willingness to help our Roadrunners have a great "first"
week of in-person instruction.

Volunteers Needed as Students Return
to In-Person Classes
As we prepare for the start of in-person classes on Monday, September 13, we are
coordinating support to assist students with navigating campus, finding resources,
locating their classes, and answering questions.
We are looking for volunteers to assist students as they navigate the Main campus to find
their classes when in-person classes begin Monday, September 13 through Thursday September
16.
Volunteers will be stationed in the Sombrilla at a tented table as students pass through
and have questions or need information.
