OIT has been in communication with Ellucian concerning the ongoing connectivity issues. Ellucian says that they have reports from other schools with similar issues. They suggest that at the end of the day, every advisor should click on the Log Out button in DegreeWorks (top right of the audit screen), then close the browser completely. Jimmy James R.
