Students will no longer receive a combined transcript that includes courses taken at all of the colleges of the Alamo Colleges District. Beginning January 30, 2017, students will have a transcript for each of the colleges attended in the Alamo Colleges District - Northeast Lakeview College, Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, San Antonio College, and/or St. Philip's College. Additionally, the heading will be revised to include the signature of the college registrar or designee. The security paper will remain the same with the watermark of the Alamo Colleges District. Please note that there are now three GPA's on the transcript - 1. an Institutional GPA for the courses taken at the specific college, 2. an ACD GPA that includes courses taken at all of the colleges within the Alamo Colleges District, and 3. an Overall GPA that is inclusive of all courses taken to date at any of the colleges of the Alamo Colleges District in which a student received a performance grade of A-D, F. Additionally, Earned Hours includes total ACD hours, as well as non-ACD hours accepted as equivalent transfer coursework. The Institutional GPA and ACD GPA are calculated and appear for both the term and overall to date. The description of each GPA is listed in the lower left-hand corner of the transcript. Elizabeth P.
