ceremony. As in the past, members of the advising community are welcome to volunteer for

It's that time of year again! The Registrar's Graduation Coordination Office (GCO)
is calling for volunteers to work the graduate line-up before the commencement ceremonies
on Main Campus Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and at the Alamodome Friday, May 17, 2024. The
deadline to sign up for volunteering is Friday, April 19th, 2024.
Volunteers Times:
Prior to Ceremony 1 for Graduate Check-In with Graduation Coordination (COEHD, HCAP, COS,
UC)- Friday, May 17th at 10:00am (Volunteer time: 7:30am-10:15am)
Prior to Ceremony 2 for Graduate Check-In with Graduation Coordination (ACOB, COLFA,
KCEID)- Friday May 17th, at 4:30pm (Volunteer time: 1:30pm- 4:45pm)

We will have assigned volunteer access badges available for pick up for those who are
working the Alamodome shifts. The Commencement Volunteer Overview will be on April 24,
2024 at 3:00p. Graduation Coordination will send out confirmation emails along with more
information to those who sign up regarding wrist bands as we get closer to the big day.
Volunteer duties will include checking in students by college and directing students where
to go. A shuttle will be available to pick up and return you to both main and downtown
campuses from the Alamodome.
