Below is a message that was sent to all academic advisors who were impacted by the data
transfer. A communication from Civitas will also be sent to all students impacted.

Good afternoon,
During a one-time, scheduled data transfer between our previous system and Inspire this
weekend, historical messages were inadvertently resent to students in error.
Students have already been made aware of the error and have been asked to disregard the
messages, but if students reach out to you with questions, please instruct them to
disregard any emails containing subject line "Historical attachments for students:
your student id" they received this weekend or this morning.
We apologize for the error and any confusion that has been caused today and this
weekend.
The transfer has been completed and all historical attachments are now available in
Inspire.
This was a result of a one-time installation upgrade and we are working with Civitas on a
full incident report.
