Happy Tuesday Everyone!
I hope you enjoyed the long weekend and it was not too hard to open up your work computer
this morning.
If you need a little break to re-center yourself, I invite you to join in below breathing
exercise. Listen to the sound while you whistle
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale deeply through the nose to begin
Inhale through your nose - pucker your lips, exhale and make a whistle sound
Inhale through your nose - pucker your lips, exhale and make a whistle sound
Inhale through your nose - pucker your lips, exhale and make a whistle sound
Inhale through your nose - pucker your lips, exhale and make a whistle sound
Return to your normal breath and bring your awareness to your cheeks, jaw and throat.
Acknowledge the sensation you experience.
Now reverse:
Inhale through your mouth and make a whistle sound - exhale through your nose
Inhale through your mouth and make a whistle sound - exhale through your nose
Inhale through your mouth and make a whistle sound - exhale through your nose
Inhale through your mouth and make a whistle sound - exhale through your nose
Return to your normal breath and bring your awareness to your tongue. Acknowledge the
sensation you experience.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale deeply through the nose to end.
If you like a longer 'Moment to Breathe' join me on YouTube for a new 10 minute
