My hometown is Lexington/Elgin, TX, but I have lived in San Marcos, TX for almost 20 years with my husband Justin and our 10-year-old tabby cat Kendra. In 2021, Justin and I will celebrate our 10-year anniversary! I received my BA from Texas State University, my M.Ed from Angelo State University and I am currently working on my Ed.D at Abilene Christian University and hope to graduate in Winter 2021. I have four years' experience as an Academic Advisor, so I look forward to continuing my career in advising, learning, and growing here at UTSA.
