Hello Everyone,
The last week of July has started. I hope your weekly planner shows some time for
self-care.
Join me in below back exercise to relax your lower back and take a breather:
Sit straight in your chair, relax your shoulders away from your ears. We will make
circles with our tummy.
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale - move your tummy back and left
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale - move your tummy back and left
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale - move your tummy back and left
Now reverse
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale - mover your tummy back and right
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale - mover your tummy back and right
Inhale - move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale - mover your tummy back and right
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end
Enjoy your week and stay healthy - Sylvia
