Take a deep breath in and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale, raise your arms over your head - exhale, lower your arms to your side
Inhale, raise your arms over your head - exhale, lower your arms to your side
Inhale, raise your arms over your head - exhale, lower your arms to your side
With you arms at your side
Inhale, roll your shoulders forward and up - exhale, roll your shoulders back and down
Inhale, roll your shoulders forward and up - exhale, roll your shoulders back and down
Inhale, roll your shoulders forward and up - exhale, roll your shoulders back and down
Reverse
Inhale, roll your shoulders back and up - exhale, roll your shoulders forward and down

Shake out your hands and shoulders
Take a deep breath in and exhale deeply to end.
