They will be each other's back up if necessary. Debra has agreed to be the 3rd back up if needed. It will be the responsibility of the scheduled person to call the back up if they will not be able to work on a day they are scheduled no later than 6:30a.m. January 2nd & 3rd: Tina and Aurora *OSEC will be open from 8am to 5pm and will not close during lunch. Staff will stay until approximately 5:30 to clear out lines/queues. January 4th: Aurora and Debra *OSEC will be open from 8am to 5pm and will not close during lunch. January 5th-6th: Aurora January 9th-13th: Tina January 17th-20th: Aurora *January 16th is a holiday.
