The opportunity is for an internship and hopefully a FT position after graduation as an ETL (Executive Team Lead). The internship is a very challenging, but rewarding opportunity that is preparing students for leadership positions in the Target Retail Operations organization. They specifically want students who are from San Antonio and thus able to work there for Summer 2016 and if all goes well will want to stay in the market for a full time position after graduation. The students must have a graduation date of December 2016 or May 2017 , have a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA, and most importantly.....HAVE A PURE AND FOCUSED INTEREST IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY AND SPECIFICALLY THE OPERATIONS COMPONENT. My ask that you share this information with students you believe would be a good fit, to please have them send their resumes to me and I can follow up with them. I have attached a copy of what our standard resume looks like plus this format is what Target is looking for.
