We have sent these letters in the past, however we did not copy advisors because of the number of records. In discussing this with Barbara, we thought it best for us to include the advisor of record so that the advisor has a copy of what we are sending to students. I have attached a sample. Please share this information with your team. Business advisors will be receiving a number of emails from COBUS@utsa.edu<mailto:COBUS@utsa.edu>. Advisors can move them in email file folder to access at a later date. We ran this report before the break and there are a few advisors outside of the business center that will be copied (a few from placement center).
