Subject: Updated Transcript Request Process for UTSA - To Begin January 4, 2021
Good afternoon.
Beginning January 4, 2021, UTSA will begin using Parchment for transcript requests.
Parchment will help UTSA streamline its transcript process and offer services such as 24/7
secure access compatible with all mobile and tablet devices, 24/7 online order status and
tracking, and automated electronic delivery acknowledgement.
* Transcripts will no longer be printed on campus and will originate from an off-site
location after a request is made. It will no longer be possible to pick up a transcript
in-person on the same day of your request.

o PDF Delivered to College/University
$5.00
o PDF Transcript Downloaded by Third-Party Recipient
$5.00
o Printed and Mailed Copy
$7.00
o Additional charges my result in expedited or over-night requests
* Requests from students with no holds and/or issues within their request, will be
sent within the hour of the order being processed.
* Students with a ‘transcript-hold’ will be able to request a transcript online, but
the transcript request will not be completed until the hold is resolved.
The information in this email will be made available tomorrow to the general population on
the One Stop Registration and Transcript website. Additional information will be made
available beginning January 4, 2021 and we anticipate this process will be faster, more
efficient and offer more options for our students than our current systems.
