It looks like almost 300 students got emails about 90-hour holds yesterday, even though no
new holds have been placed. My guess is that something triggered Starfish/EARN to think
that those students' hold status had changed, and so it sent out the emails. It could
be that someone inadvertently ran a script that made it happen, or maybe it was just a
system glitch. If that's the case, though, I don't know why only students with
90-hour holds got emails and not students with 45-hour holds. At any rate, since Starfish
is going away anyway, I've disabled both the 45 and 90 hour hold functions, so no more
emails should be sent out.
