A 'Moment to Breathe' is back for the fall semester!

If you need a little break away from your desk to refuel, join us for 30 minutes of simple
stretching, breathing exercises and guided meditation tomorrow during lunch. You do not
need to bring anything or change clothes. Sitting in a chair we will do specific
stretching and breathing techniques that increase energy, release stress, and improve our
mental clarity and physical health. The meditation section at the end will give our mind
and body the opportunity to find calm.
When: Wednesdays during lunch - 12:15 - 12:45
Where: Anaqua Room, UC 2.03.08
