It appears to be impacting sections that do not have a waitlist option (WL cap of 0). This means our "lab-lecture" sections that have linked lab sections are disappearing since waitlisting is handled through the lab sections only. We have contacted Ellucian to confirm if this is a new setting that we can modify.
