[Advising] Business Capstone Request Forms

Hi, I've attached the forms that are needed when business students request to take a capstone course, MGT 4893, MKT 4893, ACC 4163 and FIN 4893. Students complete the request form, advisors use the pre-audit screening form and the email template attached. These forms are also available in the I Drive under Academic Advising BUS. Advising by email - The official means of student communication from UTSA Undergraduate Academic Advising will be via the students' preferred email as indicated by the student via their ASAP account. Effective August 1, 2010, the Business Studies Advising Center will only respond to specific questions generated from the students' preferred emails account, the only exception would be to requests that can be answered with general information.
