Hi Barbara,
How are you doing? Due to major privacy concerns, we had to temporarily shut down the Financial Aid and Enrollment Services Call Center (210-458-8000). We just sent emails tonight to enrolled students letting them know and will also send an email when the issue is resolved. We're hoping that Telephone Services will be able to resolve the issue by tomorrow. I will certainly keep you posted.
Our office will be open at the Main and Downtown Campuses per usual and will be responding to emails and Twitter/Facebook inquiries. Would you please share this information with your academic advising group? If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you!

I am attaching a flyer I put together to recruit for my AMS, BBL, and MAS course of Mexican Americans in the Southwest. Anything you can do to recruit students, with the understanding that this will be a challenging opportunity to place personal and family history in the context of Mexican American History, I would greatly appreciate. No. It is not just another easy course for which they will get an "easy grade." The course will be work from small group to large group discussions, lectures, and audiovisual technology.

As you may know, my HIS 1053 evening class downtown was cancelled. I still have high hopes for the World Civ. class. Right now I have seven students. If I get at least ten, I know the class will not be cancelled. Is there anything I can do to encourage students to register for this.? It's an evening class and it meets only two days a week--Monday and Wednesday (no Fridays!).
I know you are doing what you can to keep this class and I want to do whatever I can to get this going.
